Karla Hall To All Instructors
Karla Hall is an award-winning artist who has been teaching studio art for over 30 years, for both private and public schools at all levels, including AP Drawing. Her love of wildlife carries over into her painting. As a hunter, taxidermist, wildlife/animal rehabilitator, she has raised bear, wolves, and many other animals. These broad experiences have given her the knowledge and understanding of how to paint animals and their habitat. Working in many mediums, Karla primarily works in oils and acrylics. She enjoys the challenges presented by commissions to paint animals, pets, and people. Her work has been shown in many galleries. She is currently showing at the Stillwater Artist Guild Gallery and has paintings all over the world. After studying Commercial Art at Northwestern Bible College for several years, she studied the masters in a private Atelier. She currently lives in Stillwater, Minnesota, where she and her husband, John, raised and homeschooled their two boys.
