There are two options for making payments for classes. You may pay in full at the time of registration, or you may pay in two equal installments. The first 1/2 tuition and supplies is due upon registration. The second 1/2 tution and supplies is due August 24, 2023.
Please note that our tutors accept a number of different payment methods. PayPal is the only one that you will be able to use directly from the website. If you see a "Pay Now" button on your outstanding invoices, that means you can pay right from the website with PayPal (and you can use this service whether or not you have a PayPal account). If there is no "Pay Now" option, please wait for an invoice with directions on how to pay that specific tutor. Invoices will be sent within the first couple of days after you register for a class. In the class description on the website it lets you know if you should expect separate instructions for specific tutors. If the class description does not say this, it means the tutor would like to be paid via PayPal on the website and you can do that right after registering.
**When paying by PayPal on the website, please refresh your screen after using PayPal in order for the page to reflect your payment. On occasion it does not do it automatically and there is a risk of a double payment being made.**
Membership Fees and Class Tuition are non-refundable unless the class is cancelled.
