Payment Process
There are two options for making payments for classes. You may pay in full at the time of registration or in two equal installments. The first 1/2 of tuition and supplies is due April 27, 2026. The second 1/2 tuition and supplies is due August 31, 2026. Payment must be made on or before the due date. If eithe payment is late, the student will be unenrolled from the class with no refunds. Tuition and supplies must be paid in full before students may attend classes.
Tutors accept multiple payment methods.
PayPal is the only payment option available directly on the website. Click "Pay Now" on any outstanding invoice to pay with PayPal, even without a PayPal account.
If there is no "Pay Now" option, please wait for the tutor's directions on how to pay that specific tutor.
The class description on the website indicates whether you should expect separate instructions for specific tutors. If the class description does not say this, it means the tutor would like to be paid via PayPal on the website, and you can do that right after registering.
When paying by PayPal on the website, please refresh your screen after using PayPal in order for the page to reflect your payment. On occasion, it does not do so automatically, which poses a risk of a double payment.
Membership Fees and Class Tuition are non-refundable, except in the event the class is cancelled.
